Ayurveda 101
Curious to learn more about Ayurveda and how you can apply basic self-care principles to your life? This super fun and engaging workshop will help everyone in your group better understand their bodies and basic tools to support their wellness.
This is great for any wellness-focused group, as well as organizational group that wants to learn how to support their bodies and community while doing the work they do.
I include handouts, teas, nibbles, and body products based on the interests of the group
Duration: 1.5-3 hours
Pricing: $200-500 depending on group size and Non-Profit Status
Lymphatic & Reproductive Care
I am trained in lymphatic breast & chest checks and body work care. I love to share this work with groups that want to learn how to care for their lymphatic system (immune system) through self-massage and movement practices.
I am also passionate about teaching Uterus & Reproductive Care. This workshop can include mediation to connect to the womb space and tips for how to support the reproductive system with massage, herbs, food, and more.
Duration: 2-3 hours
Cost: $200-500 depending on group size and Non-Profit Status
Yoga Class
45-90 minutes of yoga tailored to your group.
I am trained in Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha yoga, and offer a relaxing, rejuvenating class accessible to all bodies. I incorporate guided meditation, gentle movement, and breath work to help your group feel connected to their bodies and one another.
Pricing: $150-300 depending on length, group size and Non-Profit Status
Vision Boards
A creative workshop intended to support your group in connecting to their visions and dreams.
I lead a guided meditation at the beginning to connect to your dreams and aspirations.
I then provide construction paper, magazines, scissors and glue so all participants can create their own vision board.
It is a beautiful and inspiring experience that all people, no matter their artistic abilities, can enjoy.
Duration: 2 hours
Cost: $200-400 depending on Group Size and Non-Profit Status
Permaculture 101
Curious to learn more about Permaculture? Permaculture is a design methodology intended to help you connect with the Earth mindfully. I will teach about the 12 Permaculture Principles for living more ecologically, Soil Health, Regenerative Agriculture, and more!
This is great for any wellness-focused group, as well as organizational group that wants to learn how to start a garden, design their lives to be more sustainable, or connect with the Earth
I include games, break-out discussions and handouts based on the interests of the group
Duration: 2-4 hours
Pricing: $250-600 depending on group size and Non-Profit Status
