Cookbooks: My favorite Ayurveda-inspired cookbook is the Kosmic Kitchen. The authors live locally and all of the content is very inspiring! The first portion of the book is all about understanding your elements/doshas and how to bring your body into balance throughout the seasons. I also love the Moon Cycle Bakery cookbook for fun recipes for hormone balancing and connecting to your body through the phases of your menstrual cycle.
