Greetings, my name is Sariah Neff. I am a Certified Massage Therapist, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and have my bachelor’s in Public Health where I focus on community education and preventative care. I am a lymphatic specialist, nutrition consultant, and offer various Ayurvedic treatments including Netra Basti, Pancha Karma, pulse and other assessments, and more. My goals as a practitioner and health counselor are to help guide my clients in finding their optimal health, heal from past traumas, and educate them on how to achieve their own health goals. Hi beloveds! As a holistic full spectrum doula and birth companion, I provide support to birthing people and families through all that is life, death, and everything in between. My practice is deeply rooted and influenced by my ancestral birthing traditions while making room for clients to deepen relations with theirs. I offer gentle and compassionate care to birthing folks throughout their reproductive journey while supporting and advocating for my client’s reproductive agency whether at home, at a birthing center, or in the hospital. While holding the belief that re-villaging is possible, my intention for this work is to reclaim the sanctity that is birth and move towards a society where gestating people are centered, celebrated, and nourished through deep listening, warm foods, and house/heart tending.
