Your body has been waiting for this kind of care.

Nurturing, hands-on bodywork for your breasts and womb — the spaces that hold everything and are so rarely held themselves.

I’m Abbey Joy, and I offer something most women have never been told they deserve: intentional, loving care for the reproductive body.

Through Ayurvedic bodywork, lymphatic care, and hormonal guidance, I support you in reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been overlooked, overtreated, or simply never touched with tenderness.

This is not a spa. This is not a clinic. This is a sanctuary for the body you live in.

What if the care you’ve been searching for actually exists?

Imagine feeling:

Held. Not just physically — but in the deepest way. Seen in your struggle and met with tenderness.

Grounded in your body instead of anxious in your head.

Connected to the wisdom of your cycles, your hormones, your blood.

Nourished at the root — not patched at the surface.

Brave enough to love the body you’re in, exactly as she is right now.

You may be carrying:

Breast tenderness, swelling, or the quiet fear that something is wrong. Pelvic pain, period cramps, or cycles that feel unpredictable and exhausting. Menopause or perimenopause symptoms that arrived with no roadmap. Scar tissue from surgery — C-sections, reductions, implants — that still holds the story of what you’ve been through. Hormonal imbalances like PCOS, endometriosis, or insulin resistance that conventional care hasn’t resolved.

You have not been failed by your body.

You have been underserved by the care available to you.

That ends here.

About Me

I didn’t find this work. It found me.

I’m Abbey Joy Cmiel, and the path to this practice was anything but linear. I started in the world of achievement — high-performing, driven, doing everything right on paper. But my body knew something my mind hadn’t caught up to yet. So I listened.

I went to Uganda, where I first fell in love with reproductive health education. To Colombia, where I shed the layers of who I was supposed to be. To Costa Rica, where I studied herbal medicine and permaculture and remembered that the earth heals. To California, where Ayurveda and bodywork gave my hands a language for the care I’d been looking for my whole life.

Every stop was a homecoming. Every teacher — the herbalists, the healers, the land itself— brought me closer to what I now know: Women’s bodies are sacred, intelligent, and worthy of extraordinary care. And that care barely exists.

So I built it.

My practice is rooted in Ayurveda, trained in lymphatic bodywork, and grounded in the study of hormonal and reproductive health.

But honestly? It’s rooted in something older than any of that. It’s rooted in the belief that your breasts and womb are portals — to your health, to your power, to the life you’re creating — and they deserve the most tender, devoted care in the world.

I am living proof that when we listen to our bodies, our ancestors, and our deepest knowing, everything shifts.

I’m here to help you trust that same listening in yourself.

In their words

“Abbey is a wonderful bodyworker! She is so grounded and vibrant.

She gave me recommendations for self care and proceeded with giving me a thorough nourishing massage.

She was very well attuned to my body, and I felt so much love and intention within her touch”

-Alexis

“Abbey is a true joy to work with and has an intuitive understanding of what the body needs to heal optimally.

Her hands are magical and bring deep care to the process.

Each time I have seen her, especially after surgeries, I have recovered with ease and amazing results!”

What We Believe

You are a womb holder. A breast bearer. A bleeder, a birther, a shapeshifter, a cyclical being.

You are worthy of radical self-love.

You are worthy of being cared for, nurtured, tended to, and believed in.

We believe your breasts and womb are sacred portals — to your health, your intuition, your power, and the divine. And they deserve the care of the most beloved being in the world.

Because that’s what you are.

This is a place to let down. To be vulnerable. To receive. To be nurtured.

To be loved for being you.

This is not a one-time fix. This is a relationship.

The care I offer unfolds over time. We begin with a conversation — unhurried, honest, and deep — because I need to understand your body, your history, and what you’re carrying before my hands ever touch you.

From there, we build a path together. Sessions may include hands-on bodywork for the breasts, womb, and lymphatic system, alongside herbal recommendations, hormonal guidance, and the kind of presence that lets your nervous system finally exhale.

I move slowly. I listen. I hold space for what surfaces. This is intentional care — not a quick fix, not a luxury, but something essential that has been missing.

Ways to work with me:

One-on-One Sessions The heart of my practice. Deep, nurturing, hands-on care tailored to your body and your journey. This is where the real shifts happen.

Workshops Focused immersions in breast care and womb care. Learn to tend to your own body with knowledge, confidence, and love.

Retreats Extended space to come home to yourself. Rest, receive, and remember what your body already knows.

The Podcast Conversations on reproductive care, hormonal wisdom, and the radical act of loving the body you’re in.

You have spent so long caring for everyone else.

Let someone care for you.

Your intro session is a conversation and a beginning. No pressure, no performance. Just a warm, honest space to talk about what your body needs — and to feel, maybe for the first time, what it’s like to be truly received.
