{I BELIEVE}

You are worthy of love. Of being cared for, nurtured, tended to & believed in.

Your breasts and womb are sacred portals to your health, your intuition & power. You deserve the most beloved care, because you are most beloved.

Maybe you've felt it too: that ache to be met with intentional, loving care, the kind most women are never told they deserve.

I get it. Every path I've walked at first felt like a detour, but it was actually leading somewhere important. Each time I listened to the inner call I was led toward herbalists, healers, the land, the parts of myself I'd stopped listening to, and each time I retrieved something vital in myself.

Your body, your breasts, your womb, isn't just tissue. It's sacred. Intelligent. Worthy of extraordinary care.

That care is what I've built here, rooted in Ayurveda, lymphatic bodywork, and the study of hormonal and reproductive health. But really, it's older than any of that: when you listen, to your body, your ancestors, your deepest knowing, everything shifts.

I'm here to help you trust that listening in yourself.

Intentional, loving care

Clients often come to me with a body issue that points to something deeper — a pattern ready to change.

There is a window showing green trees outside, with a wooden table below it holding a vase of hydrangeas and some glasses. • Breast tenderness

  • Breast swelling

  • Hard to pinpoint fear that something is just “wrong”

  • Scar tissue from surgery — implants, reductions, c-sections, cancer treatments — tissue that still holds the story of what you’ve been through

  • Pelvic pain

  • Period cramps

  • Cycles that feel unpredictable and exhausting

  • Mood changes that disrupt your life and tax your relationships

  • Menopause or perimenopause symptoms that arrived with no roadmap

  • Hormonal imbalances like PCOS, endometriosis, or insulin resistance that conventional care hasn’t resolved

  • Changes in fertility, libido, vitality, desire, or life force energy

  • Feeling disconnected from your creativity

  • Lack of connection to your cyclical nature

How it works

{welcome session}

All my clients start here: an in-depth conversation about your body, your history, and what you're carrying.

Conventional practitioners typically spend 5–15 minutes, treating symptoms as signals from separate systems rather than messages from a unified whole.

This 30-40 min conversation is how we gather the full picture — your life, your body, what's truly going on.

{hands-on bodywork}

Within that same session, I’ll guide you from conversation into hands-on work. Depending on what your body is asking for, this may include lymphatic support, breast or womb care, cupping, gua-sha, hot stones, or simply the experience of being held with deep presence.

By the end, you’ll have a clearer picture of what’s happening in your body and a sense of what ongoing care could look like for you.

{personalized care plan}

After your welcome session, you'll receive a care plan with recommendations for bodywork, diet, herbs, exercises, and other nurturing supports from my toolkit.

Clients who see lasting results typically meet with me 1-2x a month for a period of care which can be 3 months up to a year, depending on their health goals.

Kind words

For me, this work carries the weight of my entire motherline. I am a daughter of mothers who lost their lives to breast cancer. These sessions are not just for me. They are for all of them.
