About Me
Welcome! My name is Abbey and I am a healer, earth-tender and artist
This is your place to receive deeply grounded and nourishing care. I specialize in Ayurvedic lymphatic care, particularly for female reproductive health. I offer care for the breast/chest and womb spaces to bring a deeper sense of vitality & creativity into your life.
I live in Sebastopol, CA on unceded Coast Miwok and Southern Pomo Land amongst the redwoods and wildflowers.
My intention is to support you in connecting to your body, the Earth & community. I hold space for deep transformation & healing through health consultations, body work and classes.
Abbey is a wonderful bodyworker! She is so grounded and vibrant. It was so clear that she was seeing me as I authentically am and envisioning with me the great assurance of health that is possible. She gave me recommendations for self care and proceeded with giving me a thorough nourishing massage. She was very well attuned to my body, and I felt so much love and intention within her touch.
